Derek is a very knowledgeable mechanic and can diagnose almost anything with your car! Been going to him for years, from the smallest problem to the biggest nightmare, but you will be assured that it's not as bad as you may think! He has the greatest care and professional attitude when giving advice or repairing any issues that may arise. Knowledgeable and very cordial. 10/10 would recommend!

I have been going to Derek for over 4 years now and he is a cut above the rest, always takes his time to explain and show you what he did, very reasonably priced, and an all-round gentleman! Everyone knows how difficult it is to find a reliable, reasonable and trustworthy mechanic, you don't need to look any further, get yourself booked in with North Down Auto Fix, you won't regret it.

I recently needed a repair, oil change, and belt change done here, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. The team was really welcoming from the moment I arrived and managed to fit me in at short notice, which I really appreciated. Everything was explained clearly, the work was carried out efficiently, and my car is running smoothly again. Great service and great people — I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and mechanic! Keep it up! Will be back!
