Terrible customer service. Was told we cannot rent a van because we the driver is a unemployed carer even though we would be footing the bill up front and paying for additional insurance. In this instance how are people who are disabled or retired supposed to rent They lied to us and told us this was a standard policy and no company would rent to us. We phoned 3 other local companies after this and they all said we’d been lied to and had no issues renting a van to us. We have now booked in with a local competitor. Avoid this company like the plague.

Living in Scotland, I couldn’t view the car in person initially, but the dealership made the process seamless by sending a detailed walk-around video via WhatsApp. This really helped me feel confident in the condition of the car before making the journey to see it. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish. The team was responsive, friendly, and incredibly accommodating, answering all my questions and ensuring I had all the information needed. When I arrived to pick up the car, it was immaculately valeted and looked even better in person. They had also taken care of a full service and completed the MOT, giving me complete peace of mind that the car was in top condition. I’d definitely recommend Pritchards to anyone looking for a quality car and excellent service!

Good overall experience - friendly staff and suitable vehicle. However, the vehicle I collected had 6 mile worth of fuel. For me, a full-to-full fuel policy is far more convenient for the customer. Attempting to end the hire with almost no fuel left is very difficult. I raised this issue before I left in the the car park, and due to an inaccurate range estimate on the vehicle, I returned the vehicle with 150 miles worth of fuel. The employee I spoke to before I left said they don’t have a full-to-full policy because they allow overnight drop-off’s. However, surely it makes more sense to charge those who don’t leave a vehicle full, rather than inconvenience and penalise everyone else?

Excellent service easy to drive medium van. Manual but stop start. Low fuel but next to a petrol station. Video check over van before hire. Will use again. Half the price of local alternatives. Very pleased

Absolutely amazing service. I loaded my van at a customer's premises only to find the van wasnt big enough. I called Pritchards at 16:05 & by 16:35 I had the keys to a bigger van. Nathan at the desk was awesome the way he worked to get me in the van & on my way. If I need a van again I will , without hesitation, be calling Pritchards again. The van was clean and a joy to drive, although no air con was a challenge in 32 degree heat lol. In summary if you need a van in a hurry these are the guys to call. Excellent service thank you
